Return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us to start a return. (Subscriptions are non-refundable after shipping.)

Most orders ship within 1–4 business days, with delivery in 2–7 days (U.S.) or 4–10 days internationally. Please allow extra time during holidays or customs delays.

Because some orders ship out within hours, it’s very hard for us to catch orders to make those changes.
